Q1 - WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All purchases made through QISZAR are final and there are no returns/refunds EXCEPT for DEFECT ITEM only.

All return items must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNIRONED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.

Returns must be posted within seven (7) days of receiving your order from courier.

You may post the return items to us and kindly help us to :-

1) Put a note why its been return and your order number as well.

Q4: WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND TO CHANGE ORDER/ SIZE OR COLOUR?

Exchange of size, design and colour is not acceptable. Unfortunately, we could not take responsibility for the shipping costs incurred to return exchange items to us through mail.

Q4 - WHAT IF I RECEIVED DEFECT ITEM, CAN I REQUEST FOR RETURN & REFUND?

No, you have to return defect item to us within 7 days after received parcel and we will return the new condition replacement order. Unfortunately, we could not take responsibility for the shipping costs incurred to return exchange items to us through mail.
