C) SHIPPING DETAILS

  • Every purchase that was made after 9 AM each day will be shipped on the next postage day. (excluding Weekends & Public Holiday)
  • Tracking number will be updated via email once the courier has picked up your parcel.


Shipping During Normal Season

  • Order will be processed within 24 working hours after payment is made.
  • Delivery process will take 1-3 working days. (excluding Weekends & Public Holiday)
  • You may trace your item via the tracking number provided in your registered email.

Shipping During Peak Season / During Sales

  • Order will be processed within 72 working hours after payment is made.
  • Delivery process will take 3-5 working days. Days for shipment may vary depending on the volume of order received.
  • Kindly be informed that order placed during peak season or sales may take longer to process due to bulk orders.
  • Do expect some delays for parcels to arrive since it will be depending on your place of residence and depends on courier service in the area.
  • Items purchased during sales are not refundable / exchangeable / return.


REMINDER

All orders will be processed within 1-3 working day(s) of receiving payment for readystocks items during the normal season.

All orders for pre-order basis items are subjected to the date (ETA) specified on the website.

Tracking number will be provided via email. Note: It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate once the "Order Shipped" email has been sent.

Please note once the parcel is handed to the courier, the parcel is under the courier responsible. We will not take any responsibility and we are not liable for any problem or loss.

No refund is allowed if the unclaimed parcel is returned to us. All shipping charges will be borne by the customer in order to have it posted out again.

****Your order may be subjected to Customs and Duty charges payable by the recipient of the order upon delivery. You may be contacted by our carrier partner via SMS and/or email regarding ID and import clearance charges.

When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 4 weeks. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen. Kindly expect any possibility of lateness as we are not in control of such delays in parcel movement.

Any charges for duties, taxes and custom fees must be borne by you. We cannot assume any delivery risk and responsibility on import clearance, duties and charges for international orders.

These charges vary widely from country to country hence we are unable to advise what the cost would be.

Qiszar will not be held liable for any Good and Services Tax (GST) charges regulated under the Customs Act, the Goods and Services Act and the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act by your country. Kindly take note of the GST charges before proceeding with the purchase.
